Questions
Cuelaris is a window on your computer — it never joins the call, posts messages, or announces itself. Your operating system still shows its usual microphone and audio indicators. With Private Companion Mode it can also stay out of supported screen-share and capture paths.
Two sources you control: your system audio (the other side of the call) and your microphone (you). Both are visible in setup with live level meters, and you can pause either at any time.
Any conversation that plays through your computer — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Slack huddles, Discord, browser calls, even a video you are watching. Cuelaris does not integrate with any of them; it captures audio on your own machine.
Raw audio is not stored by Cuelaris. Transcripts are used for active context according to your product settings, and you can export or delete your account data at any time.
Only time Cuelaris is actively listening and assisting in a session. Idle time with the companion closed costs nothing. Cuelaris warns you as you approach your limit and stops starting new sessions once it is reached.
